KimNara Music is a registered charity that offers inclusive music workshops and music therapy for all ages.

We offer participant led musical activities that include singing, song-writing and composition, improvisation and performance
for young people, youths and adults with a wide range of needs.

We hope to engage all people including those on the autistic spectrum, or with ADHD and additional emotional needs.
We run singing and instrumental groups for people of all ages, including over 50s, who suffer from anxiety and/or breathing difficulties.
These small group sessions offer access to an HCPC registered music therapist to support emotional and mental well being.

Our workshops are held in community halls and youth clubs, after school clubs, residential homes & hospital settings.
